When you receive dental treatments, you don’t expect them to last for days, weeks or in some cases, only a few months. You expect them to stand the test of time, as they should.
At Aura Dental, we are pleased to offer a 5 year guarantee along with each of our services. We provide only the best care and guarantee that all dental treatments done will be long lasting and worthwhile making sure the following conditions are met:
- The patient attends a minimum of two examinations and scale and cleans in each year following completion of treatment, and has followed the recommended preventive dental treatments and maintenance program to prevent gum infection and tooth decay, which have a tendency to spread from tooth to tooth..
- A bite splint is worn at night in cases where the dentist detects grinding and/or clenching.
- Dental treatment is paid in full and there is no outstanding balance on the account.
- There has not been any trauma, neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, new decay, drug use, poor oral hygiene, medical conditions or treatment elsewhere.
- The tooth has not been attended or attempted by any other dentist after the work is performed by our dentist on the same tooth.
If the dental treatment requires repair or replacement with an alternative dental material or technique, then a charge do apply.
Note: Root canal treatments are not covered in warranty if patient has failed to go for a crown within a month of finishing a root canal of the same tooth or has canceled or rescheduled appointments in between the RCT procedure time.
